Some of the differences between B-cells and T-cells are. B-cells are also called B-lymphocytes, and become mature in bone marrow. They produce antibodies and form humoral or antibody mediated immune system (AMI).Surface antibodies are present. ... T-cells are also called T- lymphocytes, and mature in Thymus gland.
