To penetrate the material and other interference normally
associated with gas clouds (obscuring of light images and
electromagnetic/charged particle interference), the use of Infra-red telescopes
is ideal. The high-frequency waves are
able to pass through the nebula clouds with minimal attenuation and scatter.
