There are a few kinds of cancer based on their originate cell: carcinoma from epithelial tissue, sarcoma from the connective tissue, myeloma from bone marrow, leukemia from the white blood cells, lymphoma from the lymphatic systems. Carcinoma would be the most common because epithelial cells are also the most abundant and active cells type.
