Basically, it is in the name of the resource. Nonrenewable resources, no matter how much you have it, will eventually perish. This is significant because they themselves are realizing that basing your economy on nonrenewable source is not sustainable and that they are gradually switching to renewable energy, which is also very good for the environment and planet as a whole. We all then would rely less on the nonrenewable resources like oil.
