MILANESA NAPOLITANA-
A traditional plate created in Buenos Aires.It consist habitually of bovine,meat led,to the oven to be covered as pizza with sause of tomato,and cheese mozzarella.

MILANESA-
the milanese is a thin filet normally of bovine meat,spent by well-trodden egg and then for bread-crumbs.Which one cooks doughnut or(less commonly)to the oven.
