One of the possibilities of Black Holes is that they could be an Einstein-Rosen Bridge.
An Einstein-Rosen Bridge is another name for a wormhole. This is because both Einstein and Rosen both theorized that such a thing could exist by gravity bending space and time planes toward each other and then linking the two planes with a hole.
