Feedback control within management helps an organization see what their output levels are and the quality of them. After the see where they 'measure up' they are able to make appropriate changes to ensure the desired standards are met or stay being met if no changes are needed. The overall goal of feedback control is to make sure everything is working efficiently and held to their standard.
