The result of the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments was that the black population of the United States was included into the decision process over laws - by having the right to vote. This means that the power was in the hands of the people- finally all the people.
13th Amendment prohibited slavery, 14th gave full citizenship to black people and 15th prohibited discrimination based on skin colour when voting.
