8-3(-12x+2)
Rewrite as a sum of terms.
8+(-3)(-12x+2)
Use distributive property
8+ 36x+ (-6)
Add like terms
2+36x

Simple-
First distribute the second part of the equation.
-3(-12x + 2)
36x - 6
next- plug that into the equation.
8 + 36x - 6
Add similar ones together,
36x + 2 is your answer.
