You probably did 350*tan(28) instead which gave the wrong value of y.
[tex]x = \frac{350}{sin(28^{o})} = 745.5[/tex]
You can verify this answer by testing if the 3 values form a pythogorean triplet.
[tex]350^{2} + 658.3^{2} = 555858.89[/tex]
[tex]745.5^{2} = 555770.25[/tex]
Which gives an error ~0.1%, consistent with our 4 s.f. rounding above.
