To find the slope that passes through your two given points, (6,-3) and (8,0), you must use your slope formula which is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1). To use the slope formula, plug your points into the formula:
(0-(-3))/(8-6)

When you simplify, you should get that your slope is 3/2, which would be your answer.
