This is a sum. Add every one of the 6 elements of the first matrix to its corresponding element in the 2nd matrix. -8-2 = -10; -1+0= -1, and so on. Looks like the first answer choice (first row only) is correct: -10 -1 5
but the -14 is wrong; should be 9+5 = +14.
