Well the probability is the same as the odds. So the answer is still 1 in 25. However if they want it converted into a percent, then you need to figure out how many out of 100. In other words: 25 times what gives you 100? 25 x 4 =100. So now you multiply that to the other number 1 x 4 = 4.
Which means you have a 4% chance.
