Brook Farm is an education manual that created in 1800s, which promised each workers utopian condition where the workers will obtain the same amount of salary for performing same amount of work.
This farm later on was crushed by other farm competitors because none of the skilled workers are attracted to be paid the same amount as the lazy workers.
