Add -2y to both sides
3x+2y+-2y=-12+-2y
3x=-2y-12
Divide both sides by 3
3x/3=-2y-12/3

x=-2/3y-4

I have no clue what you want solved so, here we go

x=-2y/3-4

y=-3x/2-6

x-int:  (-4,0)
y-int: (0,-6)

y=-3x/2-6
