Things such as hamburgers , French fries , onion rings , ' fast food" * cause its mostly grease contained in ur body , so think , when u eat a burger from mcd's , u are thinking that u are eatting something very greasy and that us not healthy , especially when u are on a diet or healthy meal schedule hoped this helps ;)
