The sentence is divided into two clauses. The comma needs to go after the first clause, or after "house."

Commas are used in many situations. In this one, the comma is used to separate 'the brick house' from its descriptive phrase 'near Arizona Robbins shop'. 

The answer would be 'The fortune teller lives in a red brick house, near Arizona Robbins shop.'
