Two good examples of implied powers of Congress would be to outlaw discrimination as well as to punish those who are delinquent on their tax returns. These would both fall under the concept of "interstate commerce," and even though they're not expressly stated, it can be inferred from the concept of regulating such commerce that these two actions can be undertaken.
