If you push a object 500 meters with a force of 30 Newtons, you worked 15,000 Joules. To find the answer you use the formula for work; which is:

W= fd
force: 30 Newtons distance: 500 meters.
30 Newtons x 500 meters= 15,000 Joules; which is the unit work is measured in.
and btw, your question is physics, not chemistry; but hopefully this helps
