[tex](x-6z)(x+6z)[/tex]

[tex]because...[/tex]

[tex]x*x=x^2[/tex]

[tex]x*6z=6xz \\ -6z*x=-6xz \\ 6xz-6xz=0[/tex]

[tex]-6z*6z=-36z^2[/tex]
