What is the purpose of an adjective?
The purpose of an adjective is to explain a noun in depth. It indicates the size of a particular noun, size, color etc. For example: lorry. Now we do not know what color or size the lorry is. So, to clarify the noun, we add adjectives to help describe it.
↔ A huge red lorry.
Huge and red are adjectives.
