Gravity can have the ability to pull on the matter of another galaxy and can tear apart systems, change the course of movement of parts within each galaxy and change the direction of the galaxy as a whole. We galaxies crash into one another, they will tear each other apart, wreaking havoc, and eventually creating a new galaxy system.
