slope between points (x1,y1)  and (x2, y2)   you count from formula:

[tex]m=\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1} \\ \\ m = \dfrac{3-2}{2-1}=\dfrac{1}{1}=1[/tex]
