a) Surface area of a single face on a cube
= 5 × 5
= 25 units² (top and bottom of tower)
25 × 3 = 75 units²
75 × 4 = 300 units²
300 + 2(25)
= 350 units² or 350 square units
b) 350 - 75 = 275 units²
275 × 2 = 550 units² or square units
