So, the formula for an area of a square is side squared.

A = s^2

110 = s^2

√110 = √s^2

10.4880... = s

But if you're asking for the approximate length of each side, round 110 to the nearest hundred which is just 100 and square it.

So, the approximate length of each side is 10 since you found the square root of 100.
