Well radiation doses for theurpeutic use (if you are counting surgery) are usually pretty significant with their goal mainly being destruction of certain and weaken cells (Malignant Neoplasms usually).
In the diagnostic setting, the radiation used is so minute, the scientist haven't even considered it practical to list dangerous doses of imaging.
