[tex]2.96 \times 10^{25}[/tex] atoms.

Explanation:

  • 1 mol of [tex]H_2O[/tex] has [tex]2 N_A = 1.20 \times 10^{24}[/tex] atoms of H inside. This is because in one mol of the molecule there are two atoms of hydrogen.  
  • 24.3 mol of [tex]H_2O[/tex] has [tex]x[/tex] atoms of Hydrogen inside.

[tex]x = 1.2044 \times 10^{24} \times 24.3 = 2.96 \times 10^{25}[/tex]
