what is the surface area of a square pyramid with a base of 12cm and a slanted height of 8cm?

Base:
12*12= 144 cm^2

Triangle sides:
12*8/2= 48 cm^2 each

Multiply by 4 because there are four of them
48*4= 192 cm^2

Add the base
192+144=336 cm^2

Final answer: 336 cm^2
