The complete title of the paper/manuscript
appears on the title page and in the page header.
Header is the section on the document that appears in the top
margin and the section which appears in the document in the bottom margin is
footer and mostly only page number is shown in the footer and heading or title
is written on the top of the margin i.e. header.
