I'm assuming you want to solve for x?
3(2x -8) - 5(15- 6x) = 9(4x -11)
Distributive Property...
6x - 24 - 75 + 30x = 36x - 99
Simplifying the left side...
36x - 99 = 36x - 99

As you can see, both sides are the exact same!
So, any value of x will satisfy this equation.
