The answer is change. It is because change is the one that drives things to be altered and to have a new view of things in which if something ordinary or something has been altered, it is a way of changing as it is providing something new and something that is not what is always used to. If alteration has been promoted to environment, structure or people, it refers to as change as it is being renew or having something new.
