Solve x2 + 8x − 3 = 0 using the completing-the-square method

hello :
x²+8x-3=0
(x² +2(4)x +4²) -4² -3 = 0
(x+4)²-19 = 0
(x+4)² = 19
x+4 = √19 or x+4 = - √19
x = √19 - 4 or x = -√19 - 4
