[tex](\frac{5xy^{-2}}{y^{2}})^{-3} = (\frac{5x}{y^{4}})^{-3} = (\frac{y^{4}}{5x})^{3} = \frac{(y^{4})^{3}}{(5x)^{3}} = \frac{y^{12}}{5x^{3}}[/tex]
