gradient of line : ( -4-(-2) ) / ( 2-1 ) = -2
sub ( 1 , -2 ) into y1-y2 = m ( x1 - x2)
y - (-2) = -2 ( X - 1 )
y + 2 = -2x +2
Eqn of line : y = -2x
