(3 - 2i)^2  -  3(i - 2) + 5
(3 - 2i)(3 - 2i) - 3(i - 2) + 5
First multiply the binomials, then distribute the -3, then combine like terms.
9 - 6i - 6i + 4i^2 -3i + 6 + 5
i^2 = -1, so the 4i^2 becomes -4
9 - 12i - 4 - 3i + 11
16 - 15i
