chemoreceptors are responsible for taste, and are responsible for sensing whether the food is spicy or not. Mechanoreceptors are responsible for taking sensations of mechanical movement and nocioreceptors are pain receptors and would be responsible for giving you an overall reaction (usually of pain if you cant tolerate the spicy food)
