y=x^2-4x-2
y=x-2

[tex]x^2-4x-2=x-2\\\\x^2-4x-2-x+2=0\\\\x^2-5x=0\\\\x(x-5)=0\\\\x=0 \ or \  x-5=0[/tex]

x=0 or x=5 

y = x - 2
