Since you're dealing with opposites and adjacent, you need to use tangent.

tan = (opposite)/(adjacent)

tan(5) = 2/(adjacent)
2/(tan(5) = 22.86

The adjacent leg is 22.86 feet, or approximately 22.9 feet.
