3.66666 will be a fraction of 3 6/9, it would be 6/9 due to the fact that 6 is repeating (:
to find a fraction of a repeating decimal place the number of 9's as the number of digits that repeat.  In this one ONLY the 6 repeats so the fraction for that would be 6/9 reduced that is 2/3

The fraction is 3 2/3 or 8/3 don't know which form you need.
