I feel sad and sorry for Helena because she is somehow
hopeful that by telling Demetrius of Hermia and Lysander’s plan to elope,
Demetrius will eventually give up his love for Hermia. Helena was wrong because
Demetrius decided to chase Hermia and she is left with a choice to chase the
love she had lost to Hermia.
