Farmer
The highest castes in Hindi belief are those of highest respect or closest to spiritual knowledge. The priests would be at the very highest level. Those who serve others are the lowest castes. The middle include people who own their land or businesses. Farmers provide a need for society but they are trained within their families whereas a doctor would have extensive training.
