Graph B because the points form a line of best fit and are concentrated more towards each other than on Graph A. There is no correlation between the points on Graph A as they range from 0.5 to -0.5. However on Graph B the points only range from 4.5 to -2 so in proportion to each other Graph B is a better fit.
