[tex]x^{2} + 10x + 25[/tex] can be rewritten as [tex](x + 5)^{2}[/tex].

Thus, we get:

[tex]\frac{x + 5}{(x + 5)^{2}} \cdot \frac{2(x + 5)}{3(x + 5)}[/tex]
[tex]=\frac{1}{x + 5} \cdot \frac{2}{3}[/tex]

[tex]=\frac{2}{3(x + 5)}[/tex]
