half of 90 is 45, and 1.4 of 90 is 22.6. so 45 plus 22.5 is 67.5. 90-67.5 22.5 so she has 22 dollars and 50 cents

90 ÷ 2 is 45, one fourth of 90 is 22.5. 90-45-22.5= 22.5. The answer must be 22.5
