To get out of chores and to be able to do more things at a time so he can get to more of the stuff he loves to do because he realises that time is non-stoppable and each day we're slowly crawling to the day we die....
Or maybe because he has no friends and he wants to try an expiriment to stop his crippling depression....
Or maybe he was just cloning around???
