the Hispanic students they had someone fight for there right to go to the same school an have the same rights and the supreme court ruled in favor of the Hispanics it had been a 10 year struggle for them an the court ruled that it was unconstitutional they are aloud to be in same classes but only in 1st grade were they segregated for non speaking English reasons
