 The perimeter is 24 inches squared

Your answer would be 24 Inches.
The Perimeter of a Rectangle is the sum of its Length on all four sides, and first you would need to find the Width. To find the Width of a Rectangle (Or Figure in general), you would need to Divide 35in by 7in, which would be 5in. Now add The Width and Length (12in) and then Multiply the Sum by Two, then you get your Answer, 24 inches.
