Have you learned the formula for this yet? If not...
[tex]n+(n+1)+(n+2)=54[/tex]
So... [tex]3n+3=54[/tex]
Now subtract three from both sides... [tex]3n=54-3[/tex]
Now you have [tex]3n=51[/tex]
Divide both sides by 3 and you'll have your first number (n)
Add 1 to n, then 2 to n, and you'll have your answer!
