Order the numbers from least to greatest. Then cross out the first number, then the last number, then the 2nd lowest number, then the second to last number, etc. until you get to the middle. You should get an answer of 69.
So the median is when you place all the numbers in order by value and see which one is in the middle. ( 60, 62, 65, 69, 70, 70, 72) so in this case the median is 69.
