Using the information below calculate the area of a triangle. base = 5 meters height = 10 meters

The answer is:  25 m² .

Note: The formula for the area of a triangle is:
 
A = b * h / 2;

in which: 

A = area; 

b = base;
h = height;

A = b * h / 2 ;
______________________________

A = (5m * 10 m) / 2 = 50 m² /2 = 25 m² .
